Unlike many manufacturers, Aquinos produces its own core raw materials — foam, fibre, and wood — to ensure the highest quality standards at every stage of production.

Aquinos has invested in a massive strategy of vertical integration, which allows superior production capacity, high levels of service, and control over quality parameters of all product elements. By minimizing external sourcing and freight, we significantly reduce CO2 emissions.
Eurotabua
Dedicated to the transformation of wood for the structures of sofas, sommiers and headboards. Sources FSC-certified wood from responsibly managed forests.

Clibed

Bedding Manufacturing
Aquinos is a sleep expert with some of its bedding brands boasting over 100 years of market presence. Our history is deeply connected to groundbreaking innovations — from pocket spring mattresses to BULTEX and GELTEX foams.
The bedding business develops and produces consumer-ready mattresses, slat bases and box springs across 9 manufacturing locations in 7 EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Romania, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Sustainable Materials
Fabric selections include natural fibres (cotton, linen), 100% recycled polyester, and fabric from recycled PET bottles — 37 bottles yield one metre of fabric.
FSC Certified Wood
All wooden frames are sourced from FSC-certified forests. Packaging uses recyclable cardboard. OEKOTEX and REACH-compliant materials throughout.
Energy Efficiency
Facilities feature skylights for natural lighting, LED lighting throughout, and photovoltaic panels for renewable energy generation.
